Who am I? Why do I do this? What are you getting whilst you hire me and my body of workers? Am I any proper at this legal professional stuff? Will I win? Those are all precise questions; and I actually have answers for some of them.
I started out the company within the mid 1990’s after the Savings and Loan implosion killed commercial actual property for about 5 years.
In 1978, I got my California actual property license, and two years later, my broking’s license. In 1993, I was awarded the nationally diagnosed CCIM designation by means of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. In 1997, I became admitted to practice law in California and founded Hanson Law Office. I started out the Firm to defend real estate brokers. We sue them too.
But because the market modified, substantially, so did the Firm’s, and my, recognition. When coverage companies started out making wholesale denials of claims made by using my brokerage customers, I stated suing the very companies who were speculated to protect the ones brokerages. Successfully. As plaintiff s recommend we ve recovered hundreds of thousands. As defense suggest, I’ve had plaintiffs’ legal professionals sanctioned over $thirteen,000 for filing frivolous lawsuits in opposition to my customers.
I’m an skilled trial attorney, now not just a litigator. I’m no longer afraid of (and in reality enjoy) being in a court. I’ve been known as imaginitive, tenacious, and strategic. I’ll take those accolades.
In 2015, I wrote my first ebook, titled “War Story Wednesdays: A Trial Lawyer’s Tales from the Trenches”, a #1 Best Seller on Amazon.
I’ve won instances I must have lost, and misplaced cases I need to have gained. I don’t surrender. I don’t often supply in. What I accept as true with, greater than something else, is that if you’ve been wronged, you have to be allowed to recover. If you rent me and my workforce, you get our great effort. And, even as that won't usually be sufficient, it’s plenty. I’m glad to say that maximum of our clients have walked far from the gut wrenching experience of a lawsuit knowing and feeling that we did well.
