Christian J. Root is a Partner in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Binghamton office, in which he focuses his practice in Family and Matrimonial Law.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Christian was the longtime First Assistant County Lawyer for Tioga County in Owego, N.Y., where he turned into in charge of the Department of Social Services Division (DSS).
