Christian D. Elenbaas joined Robert J. Semrad & Associates, L.L.C. in February, 2010 and is an partner in the litigation department at the Chicago Loop workplace. Mr. Elenbaas has been practicing law on the grounds that 2007 and specializes in representing the Firm;s customers in going after harassing debt collectors and repossession retailers below the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Elenbaas represented plaintiffs in personal damage and medical malpractice litigation. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Mr. Elenbaas is a member of the Illinois Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association.
