About
Chelsea Barr is a circle of relatives law and estate planning attorney with a desire to help households navigate a number of the most demanding and sensitive instances of their lives.
Chelsea graduated magna cum laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato. During her undergraduate research, she interned at the Domestic Violence Unit of the Niagara Falls Police Department. Chelsea earned her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During regulation faculty, she worked as a licensed scholar legal professional on the Ramsey County Lawyer’s Office. She participated within the Immigration Appellate Clinic, representing individuals in their immigration appeals. Chelsea also served as a senior editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy.
After graduating, Chelsea labored inside the legal department of an international corporation, then clerked for a criminal judge inside the Fourth Judicial District Court. As a judicial regulation clerk, Chelsea labored carefully with the judge on touchy criminal problems in and out of the court. This revel in has given her a unique gain as she has seen many cases from the Court’s attitude.
Chelsea is an energetic member of the Hennepin County Bar Association and Minnesota Women Lawyers.
In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys walking and rollerblading across the lakes, frequenting local coffee stores, and traveling the location she grew up, Niagara Falls, New York. Chelsea completed the Twin Cities Marathon in 2017 and desires of walking the Boston Marathon.
