During that time Mr. Taylor performed seventeen legal jury trials, dozens of misdemeanor and legal bench trials and probation violation hearings. Mr. Taylor secured several acquittals on prices which includes forcible rape, housebreaking inside the first diploma, tried sale of a managed substance, possession of marijuana and a 5 matter felony burglary and stealing fee wherein the defendant had confessed to the alleged crimes and eye witnesses testified that they'd visible the defendants fleeing the scene. Following his tenure with the Missouri Public Defender Office, Mr. Taylor started the private practice of law in St. Charles County. Mr. Taylor treated cases including Adoption, Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Social Security Disability, Workers= Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Criminal, Estate Planning, Business Litigation and Bankruptcy, Chapter 7 and thirteen. Mr. Taylor co-chaired a scientific malpractice/wrongful loss of life case on behalf of the plaintiffs wherein the jury provided a $245,000.00 verdict towards a physician for failing to catch the obvious signs of an ileus.
