Mr. Raether focuses his exercise on enterprise and investment-associated immigration work with marketers and excessive net-well worth individuals from around the work. A significant amount of his time is dedicated to EB-5 visa matters, both in representing individual buyers as well as developers and organizers of local facilities of their EB-5 capital-elevating activities. Mr. Raether additionally handles L-1 and EB-1 petitions as well as associated corporate and enterprise advisory work for his clients.
