Charles “Chas” Farcher is a graduate of the College of Saint Rose, in which he become enrolled in an multiplied regulation software which allowed him to finish his undergraduate degree a 12 months early. He acquired his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2007, turned into admitted to the New York State Bar in 2008, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2010 and the USA District Court for the Northern District of New York in 2013.
