Chad grew up in Ames, Iowa. Prior to his profession as an lawyer, Chad was a minister for 10 years in local church buildings and denominational administration. Chad lives in West Des Moines along with his wife, Sarah, and two boys, Walker and Max. Chad’s practice specializes in elder law, property making plans, and non-profit/charitable businesses. He is an authorized mediator for elder law topics. He has furnished fine representation to a spectrum of clients which includes individuals, families, charities, municipalities and professional sports groups. Along with his paintings as an legal professional, Chad mechanically speaks at church buildings and other charitable groups across the country on topics starting from criminal tendencies that effect charities to alternatives for charitable deliberate giving.
