Hi... My name is Ralph Charles Busch. Please name me Chad. I had been presenting kingdom & neighborhood (SALT) company income/franchise and capital tax technical consulting and controversy help for the beyond many years.
?I obtained my Bachelor of Science diploma in Finance from Arizona State University in 1989 and my Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western State University School of Law (now Thomas Jefferson School of Law) in 1993. After a quick period running a sole exercise, I attended University of San Diego School of Law and obtained an LL.M. in taxation in 1999.
?For the beyond sixteen years I have provided SALT technical tax consulting services to Fortune 500 organizations and other massive groups with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). With PwC, I labored my manner from a senior partner to director in the San Diego SALT exercise. Prior to becoming a member of PwC, I spent four years with KPMG LLP in the SALT corporate income tax and employment tax practices in Los Angeles and San Diego.
