Chad joined Partin, Patton & Brown in July 2004 and have become a Partner in January 2009. His exercise focuses within the areas of Social Security Disability and private injury. Chad is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability Law. Chad attended regulation school on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1999) in which he become an Articles and Notes Editor for the North Carolina Banking Law Institute and Journal. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Robert F. Orr on the N.C. Supreme Court and served as an Assistant District Lawyer in N.C. Judicial District 6B (Hertford, Northampton, and Bertie Counties) and N.C. Judicial District 23 (Wilkes, Yadkin, Ashe and Alleghany Counties). Prior to joining Partin, Patton & Brown, Chad become an partner on the North Wilkesboro, N.C. firm of Vannoy, Colvard, Triplett & Vannoy where he centered his exercise in the regions of standard and private injury litigation and crook protection. Chad is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimant s Representatives (NOSSCR), and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. Chad is admitted to practice before the North Carolina Supreme Court and the Western and Middle Federal Judicial Districts.
