Chad joined Thompson, Dunlap & Heydinger, Ltd. in January 2000. Chad had practiced regulation and held control positions in enterprise prior to becoming a member of the Firm. Chad started his career working towards regulation as an accomplice on the Columbus, Ohio workplace of the law workplace Baker & Hostetler, LLP. Chad endured his felony and enterprise profession as Director of Acquisitions for OmniAmerica, Inc., a publicly held enterprise located in Cleveland, Ohio. Most currently before returning to Logan County, Chad served as Director of Corporate Development and Corporate Counsel for Lattice Communications LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Chad is the son of Dianna Ross-Lafon and the past due Charles (Chuck) Ross. Chad is a 1989 graduate of Indian Lake High School. He lives close to Huntsville along with his spouse Jamie and daughters Regan and Riley.
