Cesar Arbelaez graduated with honors from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. While in law faculty, Cesar founded the law school’s Hispanic Student Association and was a member of the college’s Diversity Committee.

Cesar joined the Davidson County District Lawyer’s Office that year as an Assistant District Lawyer, the primary male Hispanic ADA in Nashville’s history. During his near 4-yr tenure, Cesar worked in home violence, DUI, and different misdemeanor, and criminal cases. Cesar has good sized experience in DUI instances: he has been a part of 5 DUI jury trials, attended diverse seminars and DUI prosecutor trainings, carried out DUI training for law enforcement officers, and treated over 100 DUI instances as a prosecutor.
