Casey worked in loads of departments as a prosecutor and an intern with the Tarrant and Denton County District Lawyer’s Offices inclusive of the Crimes Against Children, Juvenile and Family Violence devices. With experience in more than forty five jury trials, she is ready to take your case to a jury if justice requires.
Casey has provided greater than 900 criminal instances to the grand jury, and has worked with nearby police organizations to analyze and prepare instances for grand jury presentation. In addition to her jury trials, Casey maintained a completely lively court docket schedule as a prosecutor along with punishment hearings, motions to suppress, bench trials, probation revocation hearings and bond reduction hearings. Casey incorporates this experience together with her in her protection exercise and is always prepared to represent her customers in any court or grand jury intending.
Casey grew up in Plano and graduated from Plano Senior High School. She earned a BS in Education from the University of North Texas and taught faculty in Plano and Richardson earlier than beginning law college. During law college, Casey labored as a circle of relatives regulation intern at Easley & Marquis, P.L.L.C. and a criminal regulation intern at the Denton County District Lawyer’s Office. Casey earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A & M University School of Law in 2003. Casey left her role as an Assistant District Lawyer with the Tarrant County District Lawyer’s office in March 2008 to open Casey Davis Law, Criminal Defense Firm.
