Carol Nemeth Joven’s practice focuses on plaintiffs’ complex civil litigation, such as antitrust and different business disputes, professional malpractice, civil rights, and private harm. She has good sized experience as a litigator, having tried instances and argued appeals in country and federal courts. Carol previously served as a Deputy Lawyer General within the Office of the Lawyer General of Indiana, in which she represented the kingdom, its corporations and personnel in trial and appellate litigation, consisting of over two hundred appeals. Carol additionally previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge John Baker of the Indiana Court of Appeals. Carol is actively concerned within the Indianapolis Bar Association, currently serving because the Vice-Chair of the Appellate Practice Section and the Chair of that section’s CLE Committee and Amicus Committee. She has presented at continuing prison training seminars on topics which include ethics and appeals.
