Candace opened her very own regulation exercise in 1996. Candace’s law exercise focuses on assisting customers with their financial ruin and business needs.
For the past 23 years, Candace has devoted her regulation practice to supporting individuals and groups thru the difficult manner of re-organization, exam of all options, and filing for protection below the federal financial ruin regulation.
Candace has fought for the rights of numerous individuals and businesses facing financial uncertainty which has required illustration in the federal Bankruptcy Courts, and advising individuals and companies on a clean financial healing after bankruptcy.
Candace became a army brat and moved along with her family to Sacramento in 1970. Candace has grown up inside the Sacramento vicinity and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from California State University, Sacramento, and her Law Degree from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento in 1994.
Candace is presently at the Board of the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum that is the principle organisation accountable for supplying continuing education for all of Northern California Bankruptcy Lawyers.
Candace volunteers at the Sacramento Bankruptcy Pro-Se Help Desk.
Candace presently is studying French and enjoys tune, art and spending time with her family and buddies.
