Cale has served as lead or co-lead counsel at trial in eight verdicts exceeding $1 million bucks and 3 verdicts at or above $10 million, together with a $24.8 million award in Gaines v. Cumberland County Hospital System and a $10 million verdict in Hernandez v. Hi-Tech Engineering.
Cale has been named a “SuperLawyer” via Atlanta Magazine for sixteen consecutive years within the place of car merchandise liability and has two times been named to Georgia Trend’s listing of the “Legal Elite.
