Bryan is a co-founding father of Dugan, McKissick and Longmore and has over 25 years of experience as a litigator. Bryan became born in Agana, Guam and moved to St. Mary’s County during his high faculty years while he attended Chopticon High School. He earned his law diploma from the University of Maryland, School of Law. In the past due Eighties, Bryan lower back to St. Mary’s County as a young lawyer. His practice regions include family, civil, criminal, and site visitors litigation topics. Bryan remains an avid supporter and fan of West Virginia Mountaineer Athletics, particularly at some stage in basketball season.
