Mr. Yarnell has been admitted to the Florida Bar, Texas Bar, all Florida and Texas Federal District Courts, and the US Court of Appeals for the eleventh Circuit. Yarnell first attended Louisiana Tech University wherein he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering graduating summa cum laude (1987).
