Brooke acquired her Bachelors of Arts Degree in 2014 from the University of Cincinnati, graduating magna cum laude. In 2017, Brooke acquired her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, she became a contributing member and an Articles Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Brooke additionally participated inside the Domestic Violence and Civil Protection Order Clinic, represented customers for divorce and estate making plans issues as a legal intern, and labored as a regulation clerk for the Warren County Domestic Relations Court.
