About
Brian W. King is the senior accomplice and handling lawyer of King Law Offices, PLLC. He has been training regulation for more than a decade, and is a lifelong resident of Rutherford County. Brian is a member of the North and South Carolina bars, and continues energetic cases in both states. Brian is a graduate of Campbell Law School and finished his undergraduate degree at University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
In 2009, Brian became a North Carolina Certified Family Law Specialist. He is certainly one of a small choose group of North Carolina Family Law attorneys who have completed this distinction. This recognition calls for an in depth peer assessment system and a separate North Carolina State Bar exam. (North Carolina Bar Board of Specialization).
Brian has two awesome children, Luke and Caroline. Brian enjoys every minute of life as a doting father; as a figure, his role as a circle of relatives legal professional has taken on new and unique meaning. In addition to keeping a busy private practice, he has served as the attorney for the Rutherford and McDowell County Departments of Social Services, fighting abuse and neglect inside the network. Brian has also served as a member of the North Carolina Child Support Council and has offered Continued Legal Education for his fellow legal professionals, which include case reviews lessons on new and growing regulation. He has been elected as President of the Judicial District Bar, and has served in various prison leadership positions. Brian has been involved in numerous Court of Appeals cases, with crucial and often referenced evaluations.
Community involvement within Rutherford County is also an vital a part of life to Brian, and he actively serves and helps numerous nearby organizations. Brian spent numerous years as adjunct faculty at Isothermal Community College, teaching Business Law.
