Brian attended the College of Charleston on a complete athletic scholarship and graduated in 1994 along with his Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2000, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law college, Brian was appointed the Assistant Lawyer General by way of the South Carolina Lawyer General Charlie Condon. Brian prosecuted numerous crook fees, including some of the most intense. As a former prosecutor, he has a completely unique insight into how crook expenses are handled, and how to effectively litigate in courtroom. Brian focuses his caseload on crook protection, non-public damage, and family regulation.
