Brian J. LaClair represents personal and public region labor unions, employee benefit plans and people in a huge sort of labor and employment matters.
Brian’s exercise makes a speciality of litigation, such as federal courtroom litigation, exertions and employment litigation, ERISA litigation, hard work arbitrations, lawsuits before the National Labor Relations Board, employment discrimination, and employee blessings subjects.
