Brian represents injured men and women and their households in complicated personal harm litigation. He concentrates his practice on scientific malpractice, products liability, premises legal responsibility, crashworthiness, and car and construction injuries.Brian has successfully litigated and attempted severa instances in each Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts on a huge range of problems. His paintings has resulted in many million and multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients. Mr. Hall obtained a Master s Degree in literature from Columbia University, and his undergraduate diploma at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. He graduated from Temple University School of Law, where he served on a law magazine and acquired awards for super overall performance in Jurisprudence and Trial Advocacy. Prior to law school, Brian taught English as a 2d language in Taipei, Taiwan. Mr. Hall has been a speaker for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association on criminal exercise in trial courts and on premises liability troubles. He handles severa pro bono instances involving vehicle negligence and premises legal responsibility, and coordinates the corporation’s seasoned bono application.
