Brian Brophy is an accomplice legal professional on the Tobener Ravenscroft LLP. Prior to joining the organization, he worked at the AIDS Legal Referral Panel (ALRP) in San Francisco, wherein he represented dozens of tenants in illegal detainer lawsuits and suggested many others on housing issues. Dedicated to housing and tenant rights, Mr. Brophy has presented in front of big businesses on tenant regulation problems, volunteered at the General Assistance Advocacy Project, and spent several stints volunteering on housing projects in and around New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. He presented at numerous Tenant Rights Bootcamps prepared by means of the San Francisco Tenants Union, and gave severa presentations on tenant and client rights to community businesses during his time at ALRP. Mr. Brophy volunteered at the a hit 2016 Measure JJ marketing campaign in Oakland, consisting of a talking engagement on the Parent Voices Oakland voter registration and education discussion board.
