Bill has spent his complete profession training crook regulation. Prior to becoming a member of Banks and Brower in February 2019, Bill served as a Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County for 9 years.
Bill started out his profession with the Prosecutor’s workplace within the Juvenile Division, in which he treated lots of instances ranging from misdemeanors to fundamental felonies. Bill next moved to the Municipal Division, wherein he treated degree 6 felonies and attempted numerous bench and jury trials. For the remaining five years of his tenure with the Prosecutor’s workplace, Bill served within the Major Felony Division. During this time, Bill attempted over 20 murder and strive murder instances with an exceptionally high success fee. Bill also worked inside the Special Crimes Unit, in which he labored with homicide detectives to analyze and record homicide charges. Bill concluded his time with the Prosecutor’s office because the Supervisor of Criminal Court 5, in which he oversaw the work of 3 fundamental legal Deputy Prosecutors.
Bill turned into born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He finished his undergraduate studies with a B.A in Psychology from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Bill acquired his regulation diploma and a Masters in Sports Administration from Valparaiso University School of Law. He lives in Indianapolis together with his fiancé Stephanie and their chocolate lab, Harlow.
