After graduating from Michigan State University, Ben served as an aide to U.S. Senators Jon Corzine and Frank Lautenberg in Washington, D.C. He then pursued his regulation diploma at Chicago-Kent College of Law, in which he became an Executive Articles Editor and a member of the Executive Board of the Law Review, and a professorial studies assistant, earlier than earning his Juris Doctor.
In addition to his active FELA exercise, Ben has represented customers in professional malpractice, products liability, governmental legal responsibility, civil rights, RICO, and fraud litigation, as well as enterprise disputes concerning breach of agreement and employment regulation.
