Benjamin E. Wick graduated magna cum laude from the Washington College of Law, American University in 2005. During his remaining semester of law faculty Mr. Wick started out running with Gary M. Gilbert, a retired Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) Administrative Judge, in Washington, D.C. As an accomplice attorney, Mr. Wick furnished criminal representation to public and private employers and personnel with a focus on representing federal sector personnel and employers before the EEOC and Merit Systems Protection Board (“MSPB”). In 2007, Mr. Wick again to his home state of Colorado wherein he persisted to paintings for The Law Offices of Gary M. Gilbert & Associates, in the end beginning and handling the organization s office in Denver, Colorado. During his time with The Law Offices of Gary M. Gilbert & Associates, Mr. Wick served as lead recommend in hundreds of employment instances for employees and employers, with a particular recognition in representing federal personnel with disabilities earlier than the EEOC and MSPB.
