Managing associate Benjamin T. Cochran oversees the operation of Hardison & Cochran Lawyers at Law in addition to representing man or woman clients in instances related to employees’ compensation and personal harm law.
A lifelong North Carolinian, Cochran knew from his high-college days in High Point that he wanted to be an attorney. He obtained a B.A. diploma in economics and African-American research from the University of North Carolina in 1999 and then enrolled at the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.
As a 2nd-yr regulation pupil, Cochran started operating element-time in the regulation office he now manages. During his third year in law college, he became actively handling a few factors of trial paintings for the company after which joined as a licensed lawyer upon getting his J.D. and passing the bar in 2002.
For the primary eight years, Cochran concentrated his paintings completely on employees’ reimbursement problems. He obtained extra schooling in people’ compensation law and received designation as a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation with the aid of the North Carolina State Bar.
