Benjamin J. Pliskie is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts inside the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Indiana. Benjamin earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2001. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double essential in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin in 1997.
Benjamin presently serves as a member of the Wisconsin Judicial Council; a 21-member frame whose principal statutory duties are to observe and make guidelines regarding: (1) courtroom pleading, exercise and method; and (2) company, jurisdiction and techniques of administration and operation of Wisconsin courts.
