I became born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, attending Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, in which I majored in Political Science and graduated with honors.
While attending regulation college, I changed into actively concerned with the Moot Court Board, serving as the Moot Court Board Chairman. I obtained several awards in regulation school, which includes the distinguished Leadership Achievement Award, the Frank Harper Achievement Award, and the Moot Court Board Chairman Awards.
After graduating regulation school, I became an authorized felony intern with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, in the Narcotics Division, till I have become a Deputy Prosecuting Lawyer in 2009. During my tenure on the Prosecutor’s workplace, I commenced as Deputy Prosecuting Lawyer in Misdemeanor Court, become promoted to the D Felony department, and became once more promoted to be one of the Gang prosecutors in 2011. I changed into then assigned as a Major Felony Drug Prosecutor, a role I held until being promoted to Major Felony Division. During my time in Major Felony, I maintained an energetic caseload of murder, robbery, try murder, and irritated battery instances. I left the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office inside the fall of 2015 for private exercise in the regions of crook regulation, own family regulation, and widespread litigation.
I also served with the one hundred and first Airborne/Air Assault Division located at Fort Campbell, Kentucky and the 2d Infantry Division in South Korea. In 2011, I re-joined the Indiana Army National Guard as a First Lieutenant within the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corp . In 2012, I changed into deployed to Kuwait with the 38th Sustainment Brigade in help of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2019, I once more deployed to Kuwait with the thirty eighth Infantry Division in guide of Operation Spartan Shield. I am now a Major inside the Indiana Army National Guard and I m currently assigned because the Chief of Military Justice with the thirty eighth Infantry Division in Indianapolis, Indiana.
