Benjamin A.A. Russell joined the Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Lawyers for the Injured, as a tribulation legal professional in March 2011. Prior to becoming a member of Associates & Bruce L. Scheiner, Lawyers for the Injured, Benjamin was an Assistant State Lawyer in Miami-Dade County wherein he prosecuted numerous instances in each jury and bench trials and was a Division Chief in Juvenile Circuit Court in which he educated other Assistant State Lawyers for felony jury trials and represented the State of Florida in Juvenile Drug Court. After fighting for justice inside the courts of Miami, Benjamin and his spouse Jaime moved to Tupelo, Mississippi wherein he practiced civil, criminal, and family law with his father Rhett Russell.
Benjamin is admitted to exercise regulation in all of the kingdom courts of Florida, Massachusetts, and Mississippi; the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida; and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. Benjamin is likewise a member of the Florida Lee County Bar Association, Mississippi Lee County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and American Association for Justice.
