About
Belinda J. Kunczt became born in California, at Beale Air Force Base in 1971, and grew up in northern Indiana. She attended University of Miami, Florida and Ball State University where she played basketball receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Administration/Criminal Justice in 1995 from Ball State.
Her history with the company is massive. She started running at Montross Miller Muller Mendelson & Kennedy LLP in 1996 as a paralegal. She found helping sufferers injured by means of substandard hospital therapy to be very worthwhile. So worthwhile, in reality, that she made the choice to visit regulation faculty. While in regulation faculty she remained with the firm as a complete-time law clerk. She earned her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in 2005 and became an accomplice attorney with the firm. In 2018, Belinda have become a associate of Montross Miller.
Belinda lives in Indianapolis with her large different Marcus and his boys. She enjoys sports, workout and spending time with family and pals. Like all individuals of Montross Miller, she makes a concern of community provider in conjunction with her law practice. She is a proud mentor with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program in Indianapolis. She also serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee on the Indianapolis News Federal Credit Union. Belinda is a volunteer for the Indianapolis Legal Aid Homeless Project wherein she donates her time to provide loose felony recommendation and counsel to those living in place homeless shelters.
Belinda is admitted to the Indiana Bar, U.S. District Courts, Northern and Southern District of Indiana. She is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice.
