Over the last decade I actually have worked tirelessly to effectively settle, mediate, arbitrate, and litigate more than 1,000 non-public harm instances, and I even have recovered hundreds of thousands of greenbacks for my customers. Typical cases that I manage include: vehicle crashes, trucking injuries, Federal Tort Claims Act Cases (FTCA), premises legal responsibility cases regarding falls or injuries that occur due to a employer’s negligence, dog bite cases, and wrongful death instances.
I am admitted to exercise regulation in all Georgia Superior and State Courts, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, and Georgia Court of Appeals. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Oglethorpe University in 2005, graduating cum laude. I studied Law at Western Michigan University and earned my Juris Doctor in 2008.
While I am now not operating to help my clients, I revel in driving my E46 race vehicle with BMW Car Club of America, Chin Track Days, Nation Auto Sport Association, and Just Track It Car Club.
