As the founding father of Hartbrodt Law, P.A., Lawyer Barbara J. Hartbrodt is dedicated to truthful and passionate prison representation that makes a speciality of a consumer-centered approach and collaborative lawyering.
As a local and lifetime resident of Central Florida, Ms. Hartbrodt attended Stetson University in DeLand, Florida for her undergraduate schooling. In 2015, Barbara graduated with honors, Cum Laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law (“FAMU”) on the pinnacle of her class. During her regulation college career, Ms. Hartbrodt held office as the Treasurer of Law Students for Reproductive Justice, a pupil corporation.
Prior to admission to the Florida Bar, Ms. Hartbrodt interned as an Associate Lawyer at the Homelessness & Legal Advocacy Clinic at FAMU College of Law. During this role, she gained treasured revel in and abilties in dealing with a wide variety of family regulation problems together with divorce, division of property, infant custody/assist, alimony, paternity, and domestic injunctions. Ms.Hartbrodt in addition developed talents which include mediation, interviewing and counseling, and trial practice.
Ms. Hartbrodt is a network-minded man or woman and served as a Volunteer Advocate for Children with the Legal Aid Society-Guardian ad Litem Program of the Orange County Bar Association from 2012 until 2016. In this function, she helped advocate for the best pastimes of the youngsters in dependency court cases by means of the State of Florida. Ms. Hartbrodt’s precise academic and professional experience has helped guide her into a profession committed to assisting families navigate the complexity of probate and family law prison issues, a role which requires compassion and information.
