Mr. Hicks has been training regulation for 39 years. He attended college on the GI Bill and worked his manner thru law school as a full-time policeman. After commencement, he served for two and one-half of years as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Lawyer. He went into personal practice in 1979, however served because the element-time prosecutor for the City of Falls Church for approximately 18 years.
