About
Axel R. Cerny grew up inside the DuPage County community, attending Wheaton Academy in West Chicago. Following graduation in 2006, Axel attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/ Journalism studies in 2010. From there, Axel lower back to the area to examine at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree in 2013, and after passing the bar exam turned into right away hired to the DuPage County State’s Lawyer’s Office as an Assistant State’s Lawyer. There he worked for two years below DuPage County State’s Lawyer, Bob Berlin, prosecuting criminal cases from the charging of the crime to the accomplishing of a verdict. His enjoy in prosecutorial litigation included intending to trial on over 70 instances, consisting of 9 jury trials to verdict.
Axel joined the places of work of Mullen, Winthers & Cerny, P.C. in 2015. He began focusing a whole lot of his interest around the regions of real estate law, circle of relatives regulation, business/contractual law, and estate planning.
