About
Ashley is a 2010 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned, with difference, a double B.A. in English Literature and Interpersonal Organizational Communication Studies. Following her time as a Tarheel, Ashley attended Campbell University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2013. In 2015, she founded Felton Banks, PLLC with fellow Campbell Law alum, Adam Banks. Ashley focuses her practice on small commercial enterprise and employment regulation. She has represented clients for those topics as each plaintiff and defendant and has experience coping with the EEOC and other government organizations, as well. She has also lectured and authored articles on quite a few employment regulation subjects consisting of misclassification, discrimination, and overtime. Outside of training law, Ashley is an avid runner and skydive enthusiast. She also enjoys travelling local breweries and wineries, attending concert events, and binge-watching Netflix.
