April Medley is a member of the company’s litigation exercise institution, with emphasis in environmental and herbal assets regulation.
Ms. Medley earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Chicago Law School in 2016, in which she participated in the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic and become an Edmund A. Spencer Scholarship recipient.
Prior to law faculty, Ms. Medley worked as a litigation paralegal within the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. In popularity of her work achieved in contested litigation concerning enforcement of the Voting Rights Act, she obtained the Civil Rights Division Certificate of Commendation and the Assistant Lawyer General’s Distinguished Service Award in 2012.
A graduate of the University of Utah Honors College, Ms. Medley earned a Bachelor of Science in political science with a minor in philosophy, cum laude, in 2011.
