Tony’s exercise is centered on authorities regulation and he represents the DeSoto County Board of Supervisors, DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department and DeSoto County Convention and Visitors Bureau. The numerous areas of law he addresses for those entities encompass contracts, economic development and tax exemptions, zoning, civil rights and wellknown litigation, public buying, open meetings and public statistics problems. Originally from Massachusetts, he commenced working towards in Mississippi in 1996 more often than not representing customers in topics of civil litigation and domestic family members. In 2001 he co-based the firm Chamberlin-Nowak in which he endured his preferred practice even as becoming more involved in authorities regulation. In 2006 he merged his firm with Smith, Phillips, Mitchell and Scott to create Smith, Phillips, Mitchell, Scott and Nowak, LLP. In addition to this diverse practice of regulation Tony has serves because the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Hernando
