Over 28 years experience with a specialised practice in agricultural, environmental, herbal sources, land use and administrative law, offering advice and suggest to personal individuals and company entities, nearby governments and different governmental entities on subjects inclusive of compliance, Critical Areas and wetlands law, nutrient control, dredge placement, pesticide/herbicide utility, unsafe and strong waste, Brownfields Redevelopment and Voluntary Cleanup Programs, allowing and associated litigation and fashionable land use regulation on making plans, annexation, rezoning, Development Rights and Responsibilities Agreements and water and sewer capacity allocation and costs. Represents clients in State and federal courts and administrative forums, inclusive of both trial and appellate advocacy. Former Assistant Lawyer General (1991 to 1997) representing the Maryland Department of the Environment on regulatory, enforcement, personnel and procurement topics. In addition to his regulation practice, he serves as an teacher of Environmental Law for the Johns Hopkins University, Whiting School of Engineering, and has also taught Business Law inside the software.
