Tony has been practising law in Arizona for over 20 years, frequently within the areas of criminal protection, securities arbitration and securities regulatory matters. He installed his personal regulation exercise, Law Offices of Anthony B. Bingham, over 11 years in the past. Prior to that, he practiced regulation with a personal regulation office, with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office and with the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission. Tony is certified to practice regulation in all courts in Arizona together with Municipal (City), Justice, Superior, Arizona Federal District Court and the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He additionally represents customers in securities arbitration claims, earlier than the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and customers who are being investigated and prosecuted by the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission. He earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and prior to that earned his undergraduate diploma in General Business with an emphasis in International Finance.
