Anne Kelly Skinner graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University, and turned into inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Thereafter, Anne attended the West Virginia University College of Law in which she earned her regulation diploma in 1997.
Anne started out her criminal career as an Assistant Lawyer General in the Office of the West Virginia Lawyer General. While there, Anne worked within the Office’s Consumer Protection Division, in which she represented the kingdom on behalf of clients towards organizations that had violated the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act.
In 2001, the Governor of West Virginia appointed Anne to serve as Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel to the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration. Anne assisted the Commissioner within the law of the income, consumption, and distribution of alcoholic liquids in the State of West Virginia.
Anne returned to the Office of the West Virginia Lawyer General in 2003 as a Senior Assistant Lawyer General. For over a decade, she represented kingdom agencies in felony topics in state, county, and federal courts. Anne handled criminal subjects referring to exertions and employment, contracts, professional licenses and associated disciplinary moves, the regulation of diverse business industries and expert practices, and legislative and organisation rule making.
Currently, having seeing that moved to Florida, Anne practices regulation representing events in a extensive variety of civil litigation matters.
