Anne is the founding important of Rice Law Office, PLLC in Laconia, New Hampshire. She focuses her practice in private injury and employment law, workers reimbursement and together with social protection. Anne represents each employees and employers in litigation matters. In addition to her trial practice, Anne advises people and groups in all elements of employment regulation, including workers reimbursement, employment agreements, separation negotiation, wrongful termination, social security disability, discrimination and harassment. Anne has levels from the University of Pennsylvania university of arts and sciences and the Wharton School of enterprise and obtained her juris doctorate from The Universty of Connecticut. During Law School, Anne received club to the Moot Court and Client Advocacy Boards and clerked for the Honorable Douglas Lavine of the Connecticut Superior Court in Hartford, Connecticut. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association s Labor and Employment Law Section, American Trial Lawyers Association, New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, Belknap County Bar Association and National and New Hampshire Chapter of National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). In addition, she is a frequent speaker on troubles of employment regulation, workers compensation and harassment, and is skilled as a mediator and arbitrator by means of the New Hampshire Judicial Branch and the American Arbitration Association.
