Ms. Murthy’s practice focuses on wage and hour litigation below the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as other styles of employment litigation, such as court cases alleging discrimination on the basis of race, national beginning, age, disability, being pregnant, or faith, and harassment and retaliation in violation of federal and state regulation.
