I have been a resident of the Sarasota region for maximum of my lifestyles, attended Pine View School, and am fluent in Spanish. Upon acquiring my law degree, I knew I wanted to return to the Sarasota County place and commenced paintings right away as an Assistant State Lawyer in Sarasota County, in which I worked as a misdemeanor and juvenile prosecutor for several years. Since leaving the prosecutor’s workplace, I have practiced within the regions of civil litigation, coverage defense, family law, home violence and criminal protection. My exercise is centered on all aspects of the organization’s family law subjects, inclusive of however no longer restricted to: dissolution of marriage and paternity actions; establishment or amendment of toddler assist, alimony, custody/timesharing; the protection or prosecution of contempt/enforcement moves; and relocation.
