Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Winston attended Pennsylvania State University and earned his B.A from Temple University, graduating cum laude with honors in 1990. He then received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Law School in 1994. Before joining forces with John K. Lawlor in 1998, Mr. Winston won enjoy running with South Florida coverage protection firms. Mr. Winston’s exercise focuses on non-public harm such as wrongful demise and professional legal responsibility, representing physicians and attorneys in malpractice and ethics topics. He is devoted to defensive the rights of people and helping families of loved ones who have been injured thru the negligence of others. Mr. Winston is an active Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, the Broward County Justice Association and the Broward County Bar Association. Mr. Winston is admitted to practice before all Florida courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the USA eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
