Andy graduated summa cum laude from Ouachita Baptist University in 2002, with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.
In 2005, Andy graduated from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law. While there, he was a member of the Moot Court Board, the UALR Law Review, and the Student Bar Association.
After commencement, Andy spent a 12 months operating as a real property lawyer for Dillard s, Inc. He then spent 3 years on the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, serving as the Assistant Dean for Academic Support. In 2009, Andy joined Cullen & Co., PLLC as an Associate Lawyer, and in 2010, Andy co-founded Taylor & Taylor Law Office, P.A. with Tasha C. Taylor.
Tasha labored for 2 terms as a judicial regulation clerk for the Honorable Justice Robert L. Brown of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Tasha joined Cullen & Co., PLLC in 2007 as an Associate Lawyer. In 2010, Tasha co-founded Taylor & Taylor Law Office, P.A. with Andy Taylor.
