Andrew Lamkin is principal in the regulation office of Andrew M. Lamkin, P.C., wherein he focuses his practice inside the regions of elder law, estate making plans and unique wishes making plans, inclusive of Wills and Trusts, Medicaid planning and estate administration. He is admitted to exercise regulation in New York and New Jersey.
Andrew is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. Andrew is likewise a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Elder Law and Probate and Trust sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association, in addition to the Elder Law recognition organization of the NY State Bar. Mr. Lamkin is a Certified Court Evaluator and frequently authors articles and conducts seminars for non-income and civic groups in the areas of asset protection, estate tax liability, probate, superior directives, Veterans benefits and special needs making plans.
Andrew acquired his J.D. from Widener School of Law in 2006 and his B.A. in Political Science and History from Syracuse University in 1996. Andrew is also an lively member of the Plainview Old Bethpage Chamber of Commerce and the Senior Umbrella Network of Nassau County (SUNN). Andrew and his spouse have a daughter and are living in Plainview, NY.
