Andrew Lillywhite advises clients in the regions of enterprise law, contracts, estate making plans, probate and estate management, actual belongings law, tax law, and water law. He focuses on shielding patron assets, fending off probate, and minimizing earnings, employment, gift, and property taxes.
Prior to coming to Hillyard, Anderson & Olsen, Andrew practiced in a Salt Lake City corporation within the regions of tax, estate, and enterprise law. He has effectively represented huge agricultural operations, other legal professionals, CPAs, docs, dentists, company executives, board members, creation agencies, and different business proprietors and people of their enterprise and property planning needs. He has worked with customers’ CPAs, coverage retailers, and funding advisors to coordinate the legal making plans with the customers’ other making plans.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Utah State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Gonzaga University. He grew up in Cache Valley, and speaks Spanish.
Andrew is licensed to practice regulation before the following Courts:
