During his regulation profession, Andrew Bernhard has represented national actual estate builders, economic institutions, and corporations of their complex industrial, customer finance, and actual estate improvement topics. Before establishing Bernhard Law Office, Andrew Bernhard litigated trials and appeals for Rivero Mestre LLP, managing business, finance, and banking disputes. Andrew represented countrywide economic institutions in their escalated litigation topics ranging from violation of federal enterprise and banking statutes, protection of financial institution-owned real property, protecting securities fraud claims, and negotiating director and shareholder settlements. Prior to Rivero Mestre, Andrew Bernhard represented Florida groups and country wide real estate developers in actual estate litigation and transactional topics. He also worked beneath Edwin G. Torres, United States Judge for the Southern District of Florida, and at the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office. Andrew Bernhard changed into born and raised in Boulder, Colorado. At age 17, Andrew moved to Costa Rica and later to Mexico.
